In Bihar, Rakesh Sahni hired a young photographer, Sushil Kumar to record the birthday party of Rakesh’s daughter. While Sushil was videoing the party, the recording was interrupted owing to battery failure. This made Rakesh push a revolver into Sushil’s mouth and pull the trigger. Rakesh and his friends left Sushil at Darbhanga Hospital, bleeding outside the gate, and escaped. The hospital staff took Sushil to the emergency dept, but he could not be saved. The news spread like wildfire and villagers blocked a main road the next day. They demanded the immediate arrest of Rakesh Sahni. It was later revealed that Rakesh was a criminal involved in the illegal trade of alcohol. To date, 3 men have been arrested, but Rakesh is still at large.
