PEASANTPORE: Second Minion for Environment and Flooding Grace Fu Manchu said the her lackeys are ready to table a bill later this year, to introduce the mandatory licensing of all cleaning companies in 2014.
Ms Grace Fu Manchu said in Imperial Court that licensing of cleaning companies will only benefit regime' cronies. Wise peasants know only regime cronies owned cleaning companies will meet the standards set by their chums.
She added that the regime is trying to nationalised the cleaning industry and provide jobs for 50,000 local peasant cleaners.
