it has been so since 10-15 years ago right?

Even the ground floor of Bugis Cube is like China now.

I recall the days when S'poreans (even the Chinese) were up in arms against the influx of so many PRCs. Now I would prefer them far more than CECAs who number at least 650,000 in SG.

I used to frequent Beavers pub after work for a drink. They moved to Liang Seah Street from Suntec.

Then there was Lai Lai Taiwanese beef noodles. I love the beef noodles there. The chiobu lady boss was also very friendly to me. Every time got extra ingredients (the food not her).

Of course, prefer a more reliable and profitable relationship

Yeedia just proven that it still need minimum another 20-30yrs of hard work to reach its superpower status

The Indian govt easily outfoxed, outwitted and outclassed the world's highest paid politicians from S'pore into signing that lopsided CECA deal. Up to 65% of S'poreans voted for our overrated and overpaid politicians.

Why does the 螺狮粉 smell like shit?
