the World Court in Hague is impartial, fair and wise. The Privy Council is also fair and wise. We need such Courts to rule whenever Singaporeans sue the pap so that we can get fair and impartial judgements. This was what happened when JBJ appealed against LKY. The Privy Council ruled against LKY and JBJ won the appeal. This infuriated LKY

I agree with Najib that, to get a fair and impartial judgement, the case shd not be judged by SG Courts. Najib doesn't trust SG Courts

it doesnt matter whether he trust or not. the law of the land applies.this is not a 10ct or 20cts issues, it runs in multi million of public money and all developers pays development charge, no exception taken.
