LHL Vs Najib at the Hague

LHL lost to Najib at the World Court in Hague yesterday. The World Court's Arbitral Tribunal ruled in favour of Malaysia and ruled against Singapore when it ruled that a joint investment company co-owned by Malaysia's Khazanah Nasional and Singapore's Temasek Holdings - will not have to pay development charges on land formerly occupied by Malayan Railways (KTM) in Singapore.

LHL had insisted that the company pays $1.4B to Singapore for development charges. Najib had insisted that the company need not pay development charges. They agreed to bring the matter to the Hague and Najib won. What an idiotic PM we have in SG. He can only win court cases judged by Singapore Courts. When he goes before World Court or International Tribunals, he cant even win against Malaysia's Najib, he got walloped.

Why didn't LHL get his facts right before taking on Najib at the Hague? What a waste of time and tax payers' money!
