Pre-LHL era, many of us enjoyed 'auto' promotion and pay increment every year. The younger worker who joined also respected us.

After LHL became Prime Minister, he implemented the policy of 'Renumeration does not go in accordance to your Seniority and it shall be Performance-based."

Since then, many older workers have to perform something out of nothing...
