In singapore high pay equals no corruption,so Lee Hsien Loong is not corrupt,he is merely well paid.other rich western countries are the same,even though their official compensation arent high,they are compensated in other ways like book sales and speakers fees and also representation with lobbyists and sponsorships by corporations.most corruption as u can see as depicted by western media mostly occur in african or asian despotic countries.
