LKY didn't choose his peers, they joined his team. His choice was only based on who could do the work. Obviously, a little obedience was necessary but not a lot.

However, LHL's ministars have all been chosen to some extent either by him or his father.

Whether his non performance is real or not, everyone have eyes to see....but very sorry...whether that leads to necessary judgement and appropriate corrective action is an entirely different issue altogether....

At least with the first 3 decades they could live with what they they chose, for they had value with & for their money, thereafter, their living after they had chosen is living with declining or no value for their money & yet they are continually & repeatedly this error again & again in each general election.

From the early years they were brought from a 3rd world country to a 1st world one....now they have been brought back further than a 3rd world one, for the 3rd world people are living in paradise....while those so-called 1st world ones, are living in a 'paradise' in hell.
