Nope, PAP treats Muslims very well. Too well in my opinion. The real discrimination is Muslims treating non-Muslims when Muslims are the majority. Just look at all the Islamic countries and how they treat their non-Muslim citizens. Even in Malaysia, you can see the drastic differential treatments.
