My former colleague's son was in a neighbourhood school, failed to qualify for JC or NUS, but was sent to Australia, where lo and behold, he returned with a medical degree. God help his patients after he starts practising in S'pore.I don't know why Singaporeans are still taking degree courses at private universities. These days we have so many local universities other than NUS and NTU:
Why pay more and get ridiculed for doing a private degree course ?
