This weekend, LF giving 45% cash rebate for its bungalows plus fully furnished. Avg price RM400K for terrace house. Seem quite an attractive deal! Must go to mudland to see any catch and also to do some shopping also. Cd be a good place to retire for sinkies who are sick of papies!

Yes after u buy a fully furnished house, 1 month later all kena taken away by the burglars.

But you would be lucky to reach that point. Many don't even get to see their house cos the developer would run away or declare bankruptcy. So you will have to plead with the bank as you would have paid the developer quite a big amount oredy.

All in the benefit is that you will become a more patient man who learns the art of pleading tho unsuccessfully.

in malaysia, never buy houses that has is not 100% built.. buy only when fully completed..

You are right. I am not sure if TS has actually seen the place where LF is. It is the pits. Malboro Tan bought one there when it first opened for sale. Not sure if he has sold it off since.

Must really exercise due diligence on developer, project DO (development order by authorities to build) etc before you even part with down $.
