Start learn html5 and css first.
Then proceed to JS followed by VueJS.
Html5 is to build webpage structure which is the document.
Like in construction build the structures first lay concrete, excavation piling and so on.
Css is for style and design of the contents like use big fonts, bold, colours or italic. In construction is like u want cheap windows per expansive style and types.
JS is for performance. If u click a button it does something like open another webpage or submit yr form. Like in construction u want auto gates or mistress add to your wife in the same house. Or get a chiobu Pinoy maid to clean house and be your in-house prostitute.
Then learn VueJS which simplified JS codings more easy to write JS better.
Like in construction u want simplified your wife and maid to fuck same time.
React JS is Facebook own JS codings which copy JSX. If u need to create a Facebook for yr client use React JS.
AngularJS is Google own JS coding. To add yr client webpage to Google use AngularJS.
A Google coder find Angular complex to write and came up with simplified AngularJS and name it VueJS.
