Does anyone remember the case of the Son of a Big-Shot who was convicted of Consuming / Sharing Drugs at the Seletar Club ?
Then there was the case of Errol Pang's Daughter,..convicted of something to do with Drugs,..?
..and that Fridae.com Founder who managed his Father's Medicine Factory in SG,..also got into trouble with Drugs ?
There may remain, various elite circle of Narcotic Drug Addicts, who have access via "exclusive" sources - perhaps through air crew, Medical Profession, etc.,.. - that still plays such dangerous games.
Was it a prelude to a Gay Sex session ?
Having met late-Ravi on various occasions, He appeared to radiate Gay'ness

Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is better equipped than Raffles Hospital for managing severe, life-threatening, or complex emergencies and multiple trauma cases. TTSH is an anchor public hospital and major trauma center, while Raffles Hospital is a private hospital not primarily configured for the full range of such critical cases.

In Singapore, when you call SCDF 995, the ambulance will almost always send the patient to a public restructured hospital, not a private hospital, even if a private hospital is nearer.
How SCDF decides where to send the patient
SCDF follows a public healthcare–based protocol:
Default destination: Nearest appropriate public hospital (e.g. SGH, NUH, TTSH, CGH, KTPH, etc.)
Decision is based on:
Type and severity of emergency
Availability of required services (A&E, ICU, stroke unit, cath lab, trauma team)
Bed and capability status of public hospitals
Private hospitals – key points
SCDF does NOT routinely convey patients to private hospitals Even if Mount Elizabeth / Gleneagles / Parkway East is closer, SCDF will still go to a public hospital
SCDF ambulances are integrated with public hospital emergency systems, not private onesRare exceptions (uncommon)
A private hospital may be considered only if:
It is part of a special arrangement or trial (very limited)
OR the ambulance is not SCDF (e.g. private ambulance service)
OR the patient is already inside a private hospital compound
