Yes. Can't recall time in jail but should be 10-12 weeks. Market rate for the case.

If the accused can somehow prove that no money was involved, that the viet girl was not a prostitute but his girlfriend or some ONS, then he could probably save himself.
But quite difficult to defend lah assuming pimp was also caught and viet girl testifies against accused.
