Nope. What they will do is take away subsidies for the unvaccinated who need hospital care should they get COVID. When you have to pay from your own pocket for hospital care upwards of 100000, you will take your vaccine.

Not that simple. Discrimination in any form will not do any good to society and the nation. Either you make it mandatory and bear future cost related to unknown effects from mRna type vaccines or you allow the public to decide other vaccines as and when they become available. Anything in between will only lead to confusion.

Vaccinations reduce the chances of getting COVID 95%. Yes, can be infected, but chances of dying or becoming seriously ill less than 5%. That's what the data shows, that's what they're aiming for. If more than 80% vaccinated, herd immunity kicks in because nowhere for virus to go liao, so spread of COVID reduces. Hopefully eliminated.

They will make it mandatory soon when other countries start doing so or they will deny healthcare subsidies for those able to be vaccinated but choose not to do so. When health and safety is at stake, discrimination is not a consideration.

Exactly right. That is why those who can vaccinate and choose not to should pay out of their own pocket because they are likely to get hospitalised with serious illness and clog up healthcare with higher costs involved. Who's to pay for their stupidity? Fair for taxpayers like me to pay for their stupid reasons for not taking the vaccines?

Some more, the unvaccinated are usually those who have low IQ and uneducated. They can't pay $10, let alone $100000.
