Is it correct to say that we need only to answer the questions posed to us by law enforcement officers, including policemen, detectives, magistrates, judges, and officers from agencies like CPIB, CAD, CMB, etc?
And we don't need to answer any questions posed by anybody else i.e. non law enforcement officers, including transit security, security guards, cisco officers, civil servants, lawyers, etc etc? In fact, we can even lie to them if it does not harm somebody else?
Any comments / advice or any other examples of law enforcement officers or non law enforcement officers who think that they can ask anyone anything?
