Why was a road in Sixth Avenue named after her. Laura Bush I can understand. Can pay to have a road named after you?

Nowadays they give chinese names to roads & streets but way back in the old days the brits were in charge. So they got to name the roads & streets.

Unfortunately we may never know the story because the PAP has never valued history except when LKY & Co was involved.
