PT is the logical choice anyway. VW just doesn't strike me as someone who would be agreeable to have his name dragged through this m&d any further. That recent public apology doesn't help either, and he's probably also earmarked to continue with Holland Bukit Timah in GE2016

True. The SDP had a press con at 4pm but those present more or less can guess from the surrounding.

SDP is going for broke it seems. PT is seen to be more credible on paper than VW yet lesser in terms of public profile.

If SDP/PT fails to retain their deposit this time, they are nearly goners in the presence of WP (and PAP and possibly others).

I still think such good candidates should not come to such a bad end and wish them all the best.
