Based upon the above data they have done 32,623 tests and of all those tested 1648 tested positive.

The infection rate in the Icelandic population is therefore 1648/32164 = 5.05% if the sample is random enough.

Iceland has plenty of space for everyone and 5% is pretty high.

I'm sure the infection rate in Singapore has to be higher.
