Father of young girl beats man on Orchard Road, calling him molester

A man (pictured in white) had pushed another to the ground, kicking and hitting him while shouting at him.
The incident occurred today, at around 4:45pm.
When the sender and her friends approached the scene, a woman holding onto a little girl's hand told them that the man on the floor had molested her daughter.
The child looked as though she was about to cry, Bells says.
She recounts:
"I was walking with my friends outside Takashimaya when I saw a man fall to the floor.
"The other man was kicking and hitting him. He was shouting at him, calling him a molester.
"When we approached the woman with the little girl, she told us that the man on the ground had touched her daughter.
"The woman's husband then pushed him to the ground.
"I believe some people passing by also called the police".
