2 separate offences - one speeding and the other for careless driving where the Police is concerned. The insurance companies will cover their own client and no counterclaim as the value of the vehicles are not considered. However the Lambo insurer might take civil action if he can prove that higher % of liability should sit with the Mazda driver. The Mazda driver should thank the guy shooting the video as accidents without serious injuries do not warrant the full investigation where tyre marks , speed etc are determined scientifically. Without the video, the Lambo insurer would certainly claim the full amount from Mazda insurer. And Police would not even prosecute the Lambo owner. One lucky Mazda owner.

If the steering wheel is on the left, then the implication is that the driver has to sit on the left in order to steer.
