The war was over by the time they came... but stayed on to burn the the Qing Dowager Summer Palace into ashes, which was newly build, looted the treasures, killed Chinese and if no raped Chinese women we worry...
After any war followed by looting of treasures from homes and government offices and places of interest, raping of women and if no rapes we worry.....
