IInterestinglee my uncle think there is no traffic rule that state a person is not allowed to walk along a expressway. The rules are all on who is allowed to use the expressway shoulder as a motorist but nothing on pedestrian except pedestrian are not allowed to cross the expressway and need to use the overhead bridge. So my uncle think it is same like bicycle on walkway kind of things for the argument KNNStern warning and a $100 fine for the ang moh FT soon.
