is he related to the Kwa family?

I think Panama papers have no credibility.

Kwa Chong Seng is a good singaporean who pays taxes and support Singapore economy.
he has no reason to cheat and evade taxes.

Kwa Chong Seng is a very capable man. Many years ago he and Goh Chok Tong set up NOL with very small amount of money.

Kwa grew NOL to become a mega shipping company and Temasek sold it to CMA CGM with huge profit and we are so proud of Singapore

BTW, the address #37-01 Capital Tower belongs to GIC Pte Ltd.
