I say fine them. It sets a dangerous precedent. Next you'll see CSJ starting a flash mob at Raffles Place to sell his book. There will be chaos, maybe riots. Traffic will come to a standstill, businesses will be affected, crime rates will go up, and foreigners will no longer invest here.
