President Kim just went into a period of self-quarantine isolation for COVID safety.

The reason could be various, definitely alike / similar to being a close contact person with someone else who had suspected COVID FEVER.

He did this to set personal example to make sure his men all follow this COVID Safety Measures which would be his policy.
