当地时间4月25日下午2点05分，朝鲜最高领导人金正恩和俄罗斯总统普京在俄罗斯远东联邦大学正式会晤。首次“金普会”持续了三个半小时，其中有两个小时是金正恩同普京的单独会晤。
普京在会后对媒体说，和金正恩进行了“非常彻底”的交谈，“对会谈的结果感到满意”。他说：“金正恩委员长是一个相当开放的人，（我们）对所有议程上的问题都进行了自由讨论。”
在会晤开始前，克里姆林宫助理尤里·乌沙科夫就表示，普京和金正恩不打算签署任何协议，也不打算发表联合声明。

金正恩罕见回答记者提问
