【环球网报道 记者 丁洁芸】朝中社23日报道了朝鲜最高领导人金正恩视察金刚山旅游区的消息。报道称，金正恩在视察时对旅游区内的设施提出批评，称建筑物没有体现民族性，看起来像灾区的临时草棚或隔离病房，并指示拟定金刚山旅游区总开发计划。
朝中社表示，金正恩在具体了解旅游区内的服务设施时说，建筑物丝毫没有体现民族性，真是乱七八糟，看起来像灾区的临时草棚或隔离病房，从建筑美学上看太落后，而且没有好好管理，极为破烂。
金正恩说，在世界级名山——金刚山修建几栋彷佛建设工地工棚的破住宅后让人们来旅游，是非常不对的。
金正恩表示，在我们的土地上建设的建筑物应该是民族性浓郁的朝鲜式建筑，要按照我们的情趣和审美进行创造。
金正恩说，要与南边有关部门进行讨论，把一看就令人扫兴的破旧的南边设施全部拆掉后，新建与金刚山的自然景观相协调的朝鲜式现代化服务设施。
金正恩说，现在，人们认为金刚山好像是北南双方的共有物、北南关系的象征和缩影，北南关系没有进展就不能进行金刚山旅游，这明显是错误的事情、错误的认识。
金正恩说，金刚山是用鲜血争取的朝鲜土地，金刚山的每一峭壁、每一棵树都凝聚着朝鲜的主权和尊严，负责政策指导金刚山旅游服务的党中央委员会有关机构肆意割出金刚山旅游区的用地，疏忽对文化旅游区的管理，给景观造成莫大的损失，对此予以严厉批评。
金正恩指出，在金刚山要建成高城港海岸旅游区、毗卢峰登山旅游区、海金刚海岸公园区和体育文化区，首先拟定并审议与之相应的金刚山旅游区总开发计划，分3-4阶段按年度、按阶段推进建设。要把金刚山旅游区一带建成世界一流名胜，与金刚山、元山葛麻海岸旅游区和马息岭滑雪场串联的文化旅游区。
金正恩说，随时欢迎南边同胞来金刚山旅游，但让南边来管理金刚山是不对的，朝鲜人对此拥有共识很重要。
