Loan sharks splash red paint all over the exterior of HDB flat

STOMPer Jade saw red paint splashed outside a HDB flat in Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1.

This STOMPer says:

"Happened to pass by one of the units at Blk 319, Ang Mo Kio Ave 1.

"Saw a red coloured liquid on the floor.

"Thought maybe it was an act of mischief.

"Was curious and went forward to check.

"More red coloured liquid was found and I realised that it was paint that was splashed all over with some wordings scribbled on the wall.

"Art work by Ah Long again!"

Loan sharks splash red paint all over the exterior of HDB flat

tsk tsk tsk... i really pity those ah longs, economy so bad now and they still need to spend money on paints and waste it like that... i wonder if they put it on their client's tab for the paint jobs... :(:(:(
