Kelong King confirm singapore win malaysia cup in 1994 is all KELONG!

Those were the days my friend, I thought they never end...the Malaysia Cup days, where whole SINgapore, went home early, no traffic, shops down shutters, all eyes glue on TV, doesn't matter if one like soccer or not...

The "refree kayu", "the player kayu"...and all the $#@#@!....those were the days of Malaysia Cup...

What is S League??:p

Really missed those times...

Ha..Ha.. Thanks for posting this vid... Didn't know Youtube has this clip..

Brings back alot of memories for me..

That Abdul Malek was obviously on the take... Just watch how he spilled the ball resulting to the 2nd Sarawak goal.. He was unchallenged, under no pressure at all.

Alistair Edwards fuming mad like hell and he was totally in rage with Abdul Malek...

It will be interesting to know what happened inside the dressing room after the game between Abdul Malek and Alistair Edwards....:D

Abdul Malek was charged and convicted for 'kelong' before his retirement.

Of all the players who kelong this guy perform the worst. His actions and body language on the pitch betrayed him.
Strangely, they did not suspend from playing or investigate him after the Sarawak match.

Nothin beats the excitement and the camaraderie of being at the Kallang Stadium with all your fellow Sporeans watchin a Malaysia Cup game there..:)

Games against Selangor was like a derby for us..

Used to skipped class with my schoolmates and queued for matchday tickets..

Remembered the glorious blowing of the airhorns from the fans....They would blow the airhorn 4, 5 times and it would end with the crowd shouting ''Buto'' in unison... think it was a Malay word for penis..:)

The legendary ''Referee Kayu'' chant, the'' Kallang Wave'', and the crowd stamping their feet and making the stands shake each time the Lions launched a corner kick.... Ahh, the bloody good old days....:)

It is very interesting that both kelong kings are Indian. I would think that we chinese would be more involved in gambling.

when you support sinkieland, your heart will always be broken.

But if you support the demise of sinkieland, you will always be happy. It never disappoints you!!!
