at least this type is "active" and bi-lingual, just restrict them to being insai the g/house at all times, no patrolling or clocking duties to keep their hands and dicks to themselves. at least it's better than a moonlighting ah pek sleeping on duty after driving teksi on morning shift - and better to just have a dog if that's the case
