A few months back, at the cusp of another cooling measure, the property industry bigwigs came out with guns blazing, warning KBW not to touch them and affect their ricebowls. And KBW ball's shrank and meekly complied:

Now months later when the indexes are showing a runaway in prices which will ultimately kill our kid's future, the industry bigwigs are doing it again, giving a veiled similar warning to KBW:

Now the big question is, KBW working for Singapore or for these business owners?

Who is actually running MND? KBW or WHF?

Does he have guts in the first place to take on these leeches off our economy?

The PAPzis have always been preoccupied with hoarding the pie as opposed to enlarging it, zero-sum over non-zero-sum. Instead of lifting the poor out of poverty and increasing demand in the economy, they'd rather waste time, energy and money to trample on them.:rolleyes:

these farkup property sharks are no better than loan sharks. high interests and mortgage to enslave everyone except themselves. imagine working till 80 yrs old and 90% of your pay goes towards servicing the mortgage and these b@stards lifestyle and thhis @sshole Wong Heang Fine, Redas president now have the audacity to tell Mr Khaw what to do, and dictating terms and preempting any cooling measures and media sh!t playing it up and supporting him. This is interference and a form of corruption no different from the threats from loan sharks. Now it makes MND, garmen and Khaw look like a pussy. all this con-versation by garmen is just talk c@ck and con talk

I simply believe that KBW just doesn't know what to do as the problem is quite complex. Hence the deference to industry profiteers. The mentality of 'If they know how to make money in this industry, then they should know how to solve it'.

And we all know cats don't eat fish.....

I'm so disappointed the performance does not match up to the pay they demand. Leeches, no?
