Up coming 39 storey HDB BTO in the pipeline by 2025, next to Bishan stadium, blocking Sky Vue residents scenic views. I wonder how much those residents in Ski Vue paid for their condo, at least 2 millions? They could have waited a little longer for BTO, and paid only a small fraction of the price for the same location, same view. But Garmen has hidden their plan from those condo residents. I wonder, who did those PAP cronies voted for in the last election.

Pls la, some of those folks don’t even qualify for BTO if they earn more than the income ceiling. Furthermore, Chao Sinkies like to act atas, so staying in condo is more prestigious than HDB la.

Besides, what do they mean by Traffic Impact Assessment, skip that shit. Singapore is already squeezed to the brim. More weathly new citizens are going to buy the flat there, the kallang river is going to be floated with Neh and China's poo poo brought from 3rd world mentality. Besides, I wonder how much is the 2-room flat.

Not same, from the map it seems those condos will no longer have any river views liao...39 storey BTO will block them all..

The trains are dead static, no pollution. Besides, beyond the kallang river is absolutely no blocking. Even those who stay at low level will have panaromic unblocked view beyond the kallang river. KNNBCCB, those who bought at woodleight will have to squeese balls liao and Ski Vue residents must start disposing their property before it went south. Who knows what the garment is going to come out next because there is another empty huge land parcel opposite the swimming pool and just beside the Bus interchange. If another BTO or high rise is going to be planned. Ski Vue residents will be sandwiched between the two and they can go fly kite. HO JIN greed knows no boundary. PAP is the ultimate winner and buyers the great losers.

Have always wondered what's the attraction of Bishan...a previous grave yard...the only attraction among the hdb is the walk down masionette which is unique in sg...

If you drop an atomic bomb right in Bishan, the whole Singapore will be wiped out from the map. No joke, fengshui folklore claims there are 4 dragons (NSEW) in Singapore, with its head all pointing towards a pearl.That pearl is Bishan.

There was no "cheating" or hidden plan. All along, the surrounding empty land parcels held by HDB or SLA are zoned for residential use under the master plan. It is just a matter of time before SLA/HDB develops them. Buyers of Sky Habitat and Sky Vue should have checked and not assume those empty parcels will stay that way forever.
