PEASANTPORE: A Neh Kangaroo presiding in the appeal case of greedy Baba surgeon Sulan Lim said her profession is more than just a business, and that there must be a concept of ethical charging.
Kangaroo V K Rajah said it is inherent in a regime controlled profession that there must be a just and fair limit and told Sulan Lim that politicans' sky high stipends belong to another plane of existence and her Baba logic to peg her pay to Ruler Loong's level is absurd. Without political power, Sulan Lim cannot overcharge stupid whales based on her whims and fancies.
He said this at the hearing of an wayang appeal on Tuesday by Baba Dr Sulan Lim against the punishment meted out by the Peasantpore Medical Council (SMC).
This came after Dr Sulan Lim's lawyer, Senior Legal Lackey Lee Eng Beng, failed to argue that the the regime simply punished Dr Sulan Lim after the Brunei Despot applied political pressure as he is a old chum of Old Autocrat and has big investments in Peasantpore.
Using Donkey Logic, he said it would be a "unfair if political minions could make millions without any restraints or published limits but not for Dr Sulan Lim.'
Dr Sulan Lim used KTV Lounge gal logic by maintaining that she could not have overcharged as Peasantpore has no guideline on fees.
The regime managed to force SMC to say Sulan Lim was guilty of 94 charges of professional misconduct in August 2012, and the medical watchdog imposed a three-year suspension and fined her 10,000 peanuts for taking Brunei Despot for a ride.
The Brunei Despot realised he was taken for a ride when his kin, the patient died of cancer in 2007.
SMC's lawyer Senior Lackey Alvin Yeo reminded the Kangaroo court that the health ministry will give face to Brunei's regime and make an example of Sulan Lim.
For example, Sulan would charge between S$250,000 and S$450,000 per day during the time the patient was in the Intensive Care Unit, even though her role was mostly to coordinate. Ah Yeo stated that KTV Mamasan only collect commissions not exceeding those of Ang Pais and suggest that Sulan Lim is certainly a gold digger.
When told that the Brunei despot will pursue the case of overcharging, Sulan Lim gabra and immediately offered to waive her fees if it would not pursue the matter and offered steep discounts to placate the Brunei despot.
"Lumpar ok, you think its a KTV lounge is it, ask the whores to parade w/o any action and demand 1000 peanuts as commission then turn around and say misunderstanding?," said Legal Lackey Yeo.
