PEASANTPORE: A cheap church pastor, who was sentenced to two weeks' jail for giving cheap but false information to authorities, has been let off with a fine following an appeal. This follows the 'get out of jail card' given to well connected Woffles Wu.
Stevie Yang Ah Piau, a cheap thrill pastor at Eternal $$ Baptist Church, had attempted to leave Peasantpore for Northern Matland on January 3 this year without the mandatory amount of fuel in his car.
Under the law, a vehicle must have at least three-quarters of fuel in the tank to prevent forex losses to JB Sultan's petrol stations.
When asked by the lowly ranking customs gestapo agent, cheapo Yang lied that he had fulfilled the requirement and that the fuel gauge was not tampered with.
He was sentenced to two weeks' jail by Senior District Judge See Ah Oon, but he made an appeal in the High Court knowing his well-connected pals will save his arse.
In his kangaroo judgement on Tuesday, Chief Legal Lackey Chan said the district judge had given well connected Yang the benchmark sentence of two weeks, without checking his political background. A well connected lackey usually and therefore should be given an apt "relatively not a serious offence".
He pointed out that cheapo Yang had lied to the a lowly borders' gestapo agent and should burn in hell but in Peasantpore, the chief legal lackey noted that fines are standard punishments for well connected baboons whereas jail sentences are reserved for plain peasants and serfs. For example, Ruler Loong's son balek kampung without waiting his relief and is only fined whereas a lowly deserter will be made to haul sandbags in detention barracks.
He pointed out that Yang is a well connected pastor and many lackeys will surely intervene to prove their political powers and show that X'tians are well protected if they kowtow Ruler Loong. For example, Woffles Wu, illustrous vanity plastic surgeon, relative of a political bigwigs and boasting numerous wealthy customers, secured a cheap $1500 fine for getting his chum to take his speeding offences.
Describing the jail term as "inappropriate and disproportionate for well connected lackeys", Kangaroo Chan said a paltry fine of $4,000 is to be imposed instead of the two-week jail term. A KTV hostess can easily make that amount within 4 nights of whoring.
Under the Customs Act, the maximum penalty is a fine of up to $5,000 and jail term of up to one year, or both for lowly peasants. Fines are usually dished out to well connected baboons like cheap pastor Yang or Ang Moh bapoks.
