Peasantpore: The trial date for dissenter but horny Tey Ah Hang, who often mocks the Kangaroo Courts is now at the centre of a sex-for-grades scandal, has been pushed back by at least two months.
The pro-regime court, using a Sun Tzu trick forced Horny Tey to go trial from 15 October after various mouthpiece media demonised him as a lecherous don who often write articles making fun of Peasantpore's legal system. Horny Tey's lawyers managed to get more time and the show trial will take place after mid-December.
The Mouthpiece has already judged Horny Tey guilty. It has on many occassions reported that a former state university professor, faces six corruption charges for allegedly showing favour to his former student, slut Darinne Ko Ah Hui, between May and July 2010 without stating the actual grades awarded.
Kangaroo Justice Queer Loh has however dismissed two other criminal motions filed by Horny Tey's lawyers - to obtain information from NUS and the prosecution. This effectively allowed the prosecution to submit any evidence and their victims only have minutes to examine them as the show trial proceeds. Imagine playing tennis and you are blindfolded and can only see the ball after your opponent finished serving the ball. This is a monkey trick used by the regime to make Horny Teh garbra big time when the evidence is finally produced on D-Day.
Defence counsel Peter Low had asked for information from NUS on the grades of Ms Ko and four other students because Horny Tey knows it will proved he shortchanged the sluts with less than stellar results.
The four sluts were called up by the Gestapo during its investigations into this case to fix Horny Tey over his sharp analysis about the pliant legal system.
In Horny Tey's first affidavit, he claimed a gestapo agent had threatened him with more charges for corruptly obtaining sex from three female and two male former peasant students in his Law Faculty office as corrupt gratification from them. Queer charges as the exam results will prove otherwise.
The judge warned state university that it should not produce the documents for inspections because the Gestapo is unable to prove that Horny Tey gave good results in exchange for free fucks.
In order to make his point obvious, the Kangaroo judge said the defendants cannot request for information to prove their case or innocence when the regime wants to set them up in a show trial, excellent Show Trial trick.
But the judge said Horny Teh's application is premature and approval should be made to a pro-regime trial judge rather than trouble the High Court who has to examine the regime's case carefully or risk Ang Moh's laughing at the Peasantpore legal system.
As usual, Horny Tey told reporters outside the Supreme Court that the Kangaroo judges are running circles around him and forcing him to a show trial by asking his former employers to deny important documents to prove his innocence.
He added that he is seeking legal advice for an appeal but is unlikely to succeed since the British Privy Council has no right to correct stupid judgements made by pliant Asiatic judges.
On Mr Low's request for Horny Tey's medical records from Alexandra Hospital, Kangaroo Loh made no order since he is ready to dismiss that Horny Teh was ill treated by Gestapo agents during the harsh questioning.
Horny Tey, a father of one, was treated at Alexandra Hospital within 12 hours of his arrest and rough treatment by the Gestapo agents.
