No water for Singaporeans, everybody have to drink 100% Sai Chui.

Johor disputes Shanmugam’s comments over pricing of raw water
The Johor government has disputed Singapore’s Foreign Affairs Minister K Shanmugam's statement that Malaysia had lost the right to revise the price of raw water, Malaysian media reported on Friday.

very fun mah...mudland raise price of raw water, we will raise price of treated water...samah samah...like the causeway toll.

In more enlightened countries, the ministerial portfolios of law and foreign affairs should never be held by the same person... it can get real messy when you're dealing with laws which affect both your country and a foreign country.

In Singapore, however, having someone from the government to be the head of the 'labour movement' is considered kosher, with zero conflict of interest. Brompton bike, AIM... all no conflict of interest. LOL!

sinkieland paid 1965 price to Malaysia, but are sinkies paying 1965 water price to PAP today?

Let be very clear about this, it the bottom line that matter to PAP.

conflict of incest, oops sorry i mean, interest takes a back seat to the enormous integrity and excellence of multi-talented individuals who can compartmentalize and handle various conflicting and challenging tasks of national importance all at the same time. sinkies should feel fortunate for being subjects of such world class eminent characters leading them and having the added benefits of double redundant neh neh's for the price of one. :p

Go for arbitration lah!

Sinkapore won't leh ...because it will lose. Shamu's interpretation of the agreement is totally wacko. A price review after 25 years is interpreted as must review at the mark or lose the right. Where got like that one?

as usual, between a cobra and a Ah Neh which one to kill first.

This is why Singapore, majority Chinese, cannot have Ah Neh holding top civil service position or PMship. Look at India yourself Ah Nehs government useless and angmoh call their economy 'dripple economy" like your lan cheow cannot pee well, dripple only.

This nigger snake will act blur as usual

In Singapore you can have ministers of so many different levels and emeritus ministers and minister mentors and super ambassadors and this and that.

No logic why seller would agree to a one off price review on the 25th year.

It obvious when the seperation agreement was drafted the Malaysian meant price review 'from 25years onward'. Somehow they made a mistake with the wordings and pap capitalise on the loophole. Still I think Malaysian got a good chance if both sides agree to refer the case to ICJ. Problem is PAP must agree to it and there is nothing the Malaysian gov could do to pressure PAP.
