Just make all those unemployed sinkie grads to sign on in the SAF sua to solve the unemployment issue, at the same time also can solve manpower issue in the SAF. That's what sinkies are meant for anyways.

Signing on in the SAF is one of the few remaining jobs not taken over by ceca and FT.

While their beloved ceca and FT can take over the corporate jobs. Good idea right? Win win for all parties.

ALL Singaporean, no matter Man or Woman ... must serve National Service at 18 years old.
Ukraine-Russia war teaches Man, Woman gets to leave in time of crisis, remember that !
Since Woman love equal right & they are proclaim as strong independent gender, serve NS.

Why not sign on with the Sinkie Poodle Force?

Signing onto regular and uniform services is not really bad idea when your strength and you like working in a stable and repetitive and a regimented lifestyle.

You perform your duty. You go back home. When manpower is needed to run national day, you are there to help.
Nowadays can sign on till 55 years old. It's not bad at all.

I think you can get recruits if they can return home everyday istead of sleeping in the barracks..

They can always bring back the "ambassador" jobs, like an anti-vaping ambassador who goes around catching people vaping.

I think signing on ....

You get free uniform, free food, bonuses and it's stable. May not be earning ,but it keep you going and need not thinking of competition from FT.

But the downside, life is regimented, mixing with all the CMI mates, might catch gambling habits, smoking , 4D And card game habit.
