Kazakhstan is very pro Russian. Turkmenistan is mixed bag of Persian and Turks . None will. Intervene.
But turkey is another matter. Ordegan is bent on creating a mighty Turkic sphere of influence like the ottoman Empire days. They, Israel and US will. Join forces, like they did in Syria, to tear Iran apart

I think it's not Russia that is threatening Azerbaijan. But the other way round.
As per normal regime change and internal strife CIA project, they will use Azerbaijan to be the staging point to support rebels, insurgents, separatist, crime gangs to create terrorism within Russia itself. Just like they did in Chechnya from Georgia.
