JTC rental unit with noisy FTrash tenants

[h=2]What will u do if yr next door neighbour is a JTC rental unit with noisy FT tenants?[/h]

I have an elderly relative that stays in a HDB flat(he owns this unit) but his next door unit is a JTC-owned unit(meaning there are NO individual owner) and this unit is currently rented out to 7 FT tenants and they are very noisy.

So what are the possible avenues which u guys think can solve this problem?

If Complain to HDB about their whole flat subletting may be useless becos that unit has been taken over by JTC and has no owner.​

Talk to RC, TC? I doubt that will help since none of them has the authority to enforcement anything.

Talk to NEA? Or talk to your MP, especially White Scum ones? Useless. Look at the drummer Filipino boy in CCK and the MP called Alex Yam (Who?)

Talk to Police? Ya, that's what NEA recommended in the drummer Filipino boy case as well. Yup so there you are. Police. But then again, please be prepared to be asked to make report, go back to give statement, go back again to give another statement, so on and so forth.
