Join SDP as a member,do something shady,Police knocks,CRY POLITICAL PERSECUTION!

hey, do you think it is possible for a Singaporean, join a political party, let's say SDP, then do something shady. When Police investigates, the person can go to SDP CEC, and cry foul? Say the PAP and Police doing POLITICAL PERSECUTION? and become political martyrs?

what do u think? Worth a short? Can use SDP as a shield from Police.
