20% own 80% of Singapore's wealth. The 20% will always be rich with the PAP in power.

Therefore, in PAP's eyes the remaining 80% can go and die.

they're drawing their fat salaries and telling u not to be fussy in choosing jobs, if not u die your business.

After investing heavily in education(at least 2 or 3 decades) in hope for a decent career, people become over-qualified or redundant for the industry. Either there aren't sufficient positions available, or they're already filled by lower paid FTs. Easily 60% or more of our graduates turn to jobs that are either irrelevant to their qualifications, or less relevant.

When times are tough, careers come to a halt as companies go on a refrenchment exercise during the down times. In response, the victims are told to invest more into re-training, so they can settle for lesser paying jobs that cannot fulfill their monthly fixed costs/commitments (ie: housing/car installment, insurance, dependant upkeep etc)

I have already noticed these kind of trend since 1997. PAP policies are set to make us poorer so that we can continue to put them in power and they can continue to milk us with threat of bankruptcy, not just defamation suit but those who cannot pay the Conservancy fees too..etc. I hate this government more than anyone out there.

What for re-training if there are no jobs available after re-training ?
The MIW are half-hearted and NOT really serious in helping the jobless.
God bless those jobless singaporeans.
MAY Retribution befall on the MIW! Don't be too happy busy counting the gold bars.

I'm not a strong believer in formal education and certificates.
There are lots of ways to make money and lots of ways to educate yourself.
