A jobless man was charged in court on Wednesday with using a bicycle chain to hit a cyclist and mischief.

David Heng Aik Seng, 39, is accused of striking Mr Ricky Ho Hock Poh, 52, on his head, arms and body with the chain along the bicycle track of Changi Coast Road on May 11.

He is also said to have thrown a red Racer bicycle belonging to Mr Richard Chew Keng Suan, 55, into a canal that morning.

He was remanded for psychiatric assessment.

Do not let your anger gets the better of you.

Moral of the story - when angry, go somewhere alone to cool off.

Not worth letting it out on anybody. May end up bigger trouble.
