Ms Lee Bee Wah (AMK GRC):
"My grassroot leaders think I am too soft-hearted. I always go the extra mile for my residents in need and they worry it will affect my health".
Woah, from table tennis fiasco soon after Spore's first post-1965 silver medal at the Olympics, she was certainly not soft-hearted and a bit tad politically clumsy as she doused Spore's euphoria with her decision to sack table-tennis team manager Anthony Lee.

Dr Lam Pin Min (AMK GRC):
"My residents and grassroots leaders have asked me why I always look so jovial and happy. They have never seen me lose my temper over the three years. Unfortunately, this has occasionally been "mistaken" as a "weakness" - being too accommodating and tolerant."

Denise Phua (Jln Besar GRC):
"An over-developed sense of guilt when I fail to get the desired outcomes for those whom I genuinely believe need the help; and altruism"

Mr Liang Eng Hwa (Holland-Bt Timah GRC):
"I have not fully mastered the art of telling the painful truth in a less painful way. Each week, I would receive many requests for help from my residents. Often, I'd struggle within my self whether to come clean about the chances of success"

Mr Teo Ser Luck (Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC):
"Trying to do too much. I have learnt to mange my time and involvement to be effective in what I do".

Mrs Josephine Teo (Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC)
"over-extended workaholic"

Ms Ellen Lee (Sembawang GRC)
"Wanting to do more than I can or should. The impatience of residents wanting to achieve their aim is sometimes "transferred" to me."

Mr Seah Kian Peng (Marine Parade GRC)
"Time management. I need to find ways to turn things down so that I do not overstretch myself and lose focus".

Dr Fatimah Lateef (Marine Parade GRC)
"I often say yes to too many things"
LOL PAP yes-man!
