More and more of these fucking old cunts in the world, Cantonese say - stopping earth from moving.
Sue Yeng Yan faces losing her snug, one-bedroom home of the last four decades amid the dispute.
She was served with an eviction notice on March 10 after her building was bought by Los Angeleslandlord Nabob Hill LLC last year.
The notice claimed that 'excessive piles of personal items and/or debris and/or trash' in Yan's apartment presented 'a safety and fire hazard,' per the San Francisco Standard.
Yan said that she is scared to get kicked out of her home and worried she will end up homeless.
'I am so afraid,' Yan told the outlet in Chinese. 'I'm constantly anxious. I could end up sleeping on the street.'
Yan moved to San Francisco from Zhanjiang, China, in 1982, and into her home on 1120 Jackson Street in the city's Chinatown about one year later.
She pays $281.42 per month, a shockingly low price for the Bay Area, as the 16-unit building she lives in is rent-controlled.
