Is he saying that if he did not have a friend in SPF his report would just be ignored?

Taking a taxi in Singapore has to be one of the most dangerous activities on earth.

Why would someone lock their multi hundreds e-scooter at Lentor Avenue to a pole ?

Nowadays bicycles are not in fashion but E-scooter is the trend now. It a mode of transport.

If he saying that, he must be investigated by the SPF for insinuating that our police force is corrupt. They will not only chain his mode of transport to the pole in Lentor...but him as well!

His e-scooter didn't look well secured to me in spite of his claims. The bicycle lock is still intact. I don't think looping the bicycle lock twice over the neck really counts as securing.
