Peasantpore: Peasant families in can expect to gradually pay more to have their trash collected.

The 'jiat leow bee' National Environment Agency (NEA) said the move is aimed at punishing peasants who rooted for Hougang rebels and to boost stipends of lackeys who own cleaning companies.

Merchants pretending to be industry players said these challenges have been made harder by regime contracts that have locked in fees for the past seven to eight years, with no provision for adjustments. But somehow town councils has increased conservancy charges for many full moons.

With several contracts up for renewal over the next few years, the NEA, which manages the public waste collection scheme, is looking to ensure their chums continue to enjoy fat cat pay cheques with the hike on the pretext of punishing peasants for balking regime's Desmond Choo.

For the purpose of waste management, Peasantpore is currently divided into nine sectors, served by a cartel of four companies who are no doubt owned by well connected lackeys. This will be reduced to six sectors, to help lackeys achieve supernormal profits.

Lackey Andrew Tan, CEO of the 'jiat leow bee'[ National Environment Agency, said: "Do cry father and cry mother, all act tough support Labour Party huh, now pay more to see who is in power, idiotic limp cunt poops!"

Chairman of the Waste Management and Recycling Association, Merchant Guah Eng Hock, also pointed out that waste collection companies are required in their contracts to have a recyclable sorting facility in each sector as wayang. He said that with the larger sectors, companies will be able to enjoy super normal profits as by reducing the number of lackeys.

A standard waste collection fee will also be introduced meaning all get to pay more in the end.

Today, some peasants pay as little as S$4.03 per leased pigeonhole, or as high as S$22.50 for a landed home.

Prices also differ between estates. For example, housing slums in the city area currently pay S$4.03, while those in Pasir-Ris and Tampines fork out S$6.87 with thanks to Marboro and Baron Teo. The difference in pricing is due to rigging of tenders to ensure peasants at outskirts pay more.

Moving forward, all peasants will pay a "uniform fee" - depending on whether it is an they support Labour Party or the regime. The fee will be derived based on the fat cat owning the cleaning company.

The first to come under the new fee structure will be households in Pasir-Ris, Tampines and Bedok because it is easier to bully peasants in those heartlands.

From July, public housing pigeonholes in those areas will pay S$7, while landed homes will pay S$23.19.

The 'jiat leow bee' NEA said all households would have had to pay more, if the new uniformed fee structure was not applied because the regime has no way of knowing which peasants supported the Hougang rebels. Following the Qin Dynasty legalistic tactic, everyone will be punished. The new uniformed fee structure will be progressively rolled out to the rest of Peasantpore by 2015.

In return for higher fees, waste collection companies hike their directors' fee. This allows them to visit more KTVs and clash into cabs after their partying using Ma Chi as a role model. It is expected cleaning companies will continue responding slowly to public feedback.

Fat cat controlled cleaning companies will not have to provide better incentive schemes to encourage households to recycle.

Sounds like a win-win to me: peasants get to pay first world fees, directors get to enjoy first world salaries.
