This video posted today on the channel of a JianHao Tan, is a clear example whereby the Protection against Harassment Act would apply totally.

In the guise of pretending to be the voices of Singaporeans, these juvenile and irresponsible protagonists in the video proceeded to harass a vulnerable victim online, notably this boy Amos Yee had already been arrested and released on bail but commanded by the judge that he will not post directly or indirectly to any online or offline sites, blogs or social media, etc.

This means he had been commanded by the judge to keep away from the internet and other means of publishing. This essentially means he cannot rebut and henceforth, he is snuffed out of the internet for the time-being......or face more serious charges, like contempt of court and similar laws.

So, the internet is left to lambaste him, ridicule him, cyberbully him and mob lynch him in all manners, cues and form. This, frankly, is just not right.

In accordance to Youtube's Terms and Conditions of Usage, this video can be reported and taken down, on the basis of engaging in cyberbullying and mob lynching. Furthermore, this is harassment of a victim, no matter how parodied or pretension of parody this video tries so hard to come across. This is plain and simple cyberbullying and mob lynching. Youtube will take it down once anyone reports this video, in double quick time.

Just click on "Report this video" and Youtube will take it down. GUARANTEED! It will be made private or deleted within one to two days, for Youtube does not condone videos that victimize another human being or object and any video that engages in cyberbullying and mob lynching, which this video is a classic clear-cut example.

Warning!: If the teen Amos Yee should commit suicide and write a suicide note that the prime reason that caused him to attempt suicide is this video, Youtube can be sued by his parents for millions for allowing cyberbullying and mob lynching on its site.

So, the Protection against Harassment Act is a double edged sword. This JianHao Tan is clearly engaging in mob lynching, together with those irresponsible and juvenile protagonists in the video. This is NOT Comedy, so categorizing the video in the Comedy category does not diminish its ulterior, wayward and sinister intention, and that is blatant harassment of an individual, who is decreed by laws to refrain from posting anything on the internet in the meantime while his case is pending, while he is on bail.

This circus act is going too far. As a non-negotiable honor to the aspiration of the Singapore pledge, this JianHao Tan should be reported. His channel should also be reported.

Nothing wrong with the video. But it was disgustingly low class and lacking in humour.

The Harassment Act was the handiwork of this dunce.

Orchard Road flooded under his watch and he also banned the gay penguin books... I rest my case.

The PAP, in its zeal to pick ethnic minorities to fill its ranks in order to showcase 'ethnic diversity' and racial 'harmony', had scraped the bottom of the barrel.

Here are some examples:

No need to take down the video. It will give people a chance to see how immature this guy is compared with Amos Yee..
