oi! fake news lah... video say china give away technology for goodwill to improve relations? water flow uphill faster....
China may have found a solution of increading the combustion temperature and alloys that can withstand the heat, but needed germany's manufacturing know how to produce the turbines engine.

thank you for the spot. I know that you have airline/airplane background, I'm also very comfortable with the idea of increasing thermodynamic efficiency through a greater temperature delta. In all likelihood, I'm postulating that it involves some ceramic heat resistant coating/layer to increase the thermal tolerance of the engines something -- that people with your favourite race of girls has an historical advantage in. The ceramics probably allow for the higher combustion temperatures.

the part I'm picking on is that the video says they are GIVING it away...

They can't even get the correct numbers to match the CFM engines for their C919.How to fly?

COMAC (Shanghai Pudong) has encountered multiple issues during the certification of its C919 and completed only 20% of its planned certification flight hours by December 2019, Reuters has reported citing sources related to the manufacturer.

According to the sources, one of the problems pertains to erroneous calculations of wing loads related to the LEAP-1C engine, which has required a redesign of the engine and its shells. COMAC has yet to finalise the new design and provide new details to CFM International.

COMAC also discovered horizontal stabiliser cracks and engine gearbox cracks during the test. The former has already been resolved, while the latter has not yet, the sources said.

Reverse engineer A320 but never use advantage of using new Al lithium Alloys for body now its 1T heavier than a Neo.

Cockpit not designed to current industry standard.Mark my words it will never get certification outside China. Also they messed the calculations on the wing loading results the aerodynamics are screwed up.

It's already 6 years old and only complete 20% for flight certification schedule...way behind leh
