Allan Wu is no different from other cheating husbands; no matter how much he likes durians, he cannot just eat the "king of fruits" daily for the rest of his life.

But when life was good for them, life was really good.

Wong Li Lin and Allan Wu had TWO wedding parties, one in L.A. and another one in Singapore. Maybe celebrities like Ming-Na Wen were even wedding guests in the L.A. wedding party?

Then they had two beautiful kids. The son was recently commissioned as a naval officer.

She probably felt Allan was more fun and meant a life of excitement and adventure travelling between Singapore and America as their 2 homes, while with James who was more stoic it would have been a ho-hum business-as-usual normal married life.

Alas!

When James was at Amex, he was well-liked by his colleagues though they found him boring. He was down to earth, unassuming and didn't play politics. Not the sharpest tool in the shed, though. Everyone knew he couldn't act to save his life, so Mediacorp was just a phase in his life.

Anyway, all credit to him. Hard work and good interpersonal skills got him to where he is today. (Wong Li Lin left him for the philandering Allan Wu; she probably regrets it now.)
